Delivery policy

Shipping fee within Sweden: from 59 kr 

We send all packages within Sweden with Postnord (Varubrev or My Pack). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-3 business days. During holidays, your order may take longer to be processed and shipped.

The shipping price applies if you order a maximum of 2 pairs of espadrilles. For bulky items such as basket bags, shipping is charged at SEK 160.

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point or to your home (delivery letter) and a notification will be sent via SMS. We will not be able to change your address after the order is placed. 

If you live in Stockholm, we can make sure you get your delivery directly to a box. Convenient, isn't it? Read more about iBoxen. We charge the same price of SEK 59 as for a delivery with Postnord.
 

Shipping fee to another EU country *: from €12 

*Currently we only deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Estonia, Norway (customs duties and taxes apply).

We ship all international packages with DHL, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on the country.

Please use the tracking number in the delivery confirmation email to track your order. We will not be able to change your address after the order is placed. 

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
