Delivery policy

Shipping fee within Sweden: 59 SEK 

We send all packages within Sweden with Postnord (Varubrev). All orders are processed within 1-2 working days and delivered within 2-3 working days. During holidays your order may take longer to be processed and shipped.

The shipping price applies if you order a maximum of 2 pairs of shoes or a basket bag. If you want to order e.g. 4 pairs of shoes, we charge a shipping price of fn 99 kr. 

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point and a message will be sent via SMS if a phone number is provided. We will not be able to change your address after the order has been placed. 

If you live in Stockholm, we can make sure you get your delivery directly to a box. Convenient, isn't it? Read more about iBoxen. We charge the same price of SEK 59 as for a delivery with Postnord.
 

Shipping fee to another EU country *: €10 

*Currently we only deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Estonia, Norway (customs duties and taxes apply).

We ship all packages with Postnord or DHL, all orders are processed within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-7 working days depending on the country.

Please use the tracking number in the delivery confirmation email to track your order. We will not be able to change your address after the order is placed. 

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of handling the return will be deducted from the amount of 79 kr/ 20€ (within the EU).
