Returns & refunds

For online purchases, from astrid with will refund the purchase price for goods returned in original condition and accompanied by original packaging.

You must notify from astrid with your intention to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery by email to: You must complete the enclosed return form and use the packing slip provided with each shipment to return your purchase.

Refunds will be issued after the goods have been logged in our warehouse as returned.

You, as the customer, are responsible for the return freight if you exercise your right of withdrawal. If you choose to make use of the return freight note included in your delivery, we will charge the return freight cost of 69 SEK (10 € for international orders) in the event of a refund. 

Hand in the return at your collection point.

Please note that we cannot hold any items in our warehouse for exchange. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the model and size you wish to exchange for will still be in stock once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse.

If the item you want to exchange for is not in stock, and there is nothing else to exchange for, we will process a refund and the return shipping fee will be charged accordingly. If you want to make sure you get the item you want, we recommend that you place a new order online and return your order for a refund. You can only exchange it for something in the same price range. If you want something that costs more than your original order, please place a new order.



Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days. A return fee of €69 (€10 for international orders) will be deducted from your original payment once the refund is processed.

Delayed or missing reimbursements (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company or Klarna customer support on 08 120 120 10, it may take some time before your refund is officially published. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at
